Our customer is important. Satisfied customers are a prerequisite for running a business. Customers will only remain satisfied and continue to be customers if Dual Inventive meets agreements and provides high quality services and products. Our means of understanding regarding ‘high quality’ includes the reliability of our (safety) products and services. Reliability refers to whether our products and service continuously and consistently ‘deliver’ the intended outcome, which includes being available, functioning as intended and securing personal identifiable and confidential information. Even if adverse situations occur.
The innovative and risk-based approach we apply as part of the design, development, delivery, maintenance and support of our solutions shall become part our DNA. Not only from a safety point of view but in everything we do.
It is imperative that we provide the highest possible assurance that the quality of both our products and services meet the customer’s demands, with due regard to the statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements including requirements for general accepted practices. Being compliant shall be a non-issue.
Our drive and commitment to continually improve our performance and supporting (management) systems – is one of the main mechanisms to achieve everything we plan to achieve. Therefor it is vital that we use objective evidence and factual information to assess whether or not we perform as intended. This suits the type and extend of our company, products and services.
In addition to assuring the quality and safety of our products and services one of the main objectives is to guarantee the safety and health of our employees and / or of third parties, as well as the quality and safety of the environment. This is why we pursue a policy that prevents risks regarding personal injury, damage to property and environmental as much as possible. We do this by conducting an inventory and evaluation for risks that occur within our organisation.
Additionally, to embed this policy in the organisation it has been decided to document the system of formal and informal agreements according to requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management and ISO 27001:2013 for Information Security. If a change in legislation and standards, technology, health and environment indicate this, we will adapt our policies regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Information Security. This also applies in case internal developments give rise to this.
Taking care of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Information Security is a shared responsibility, for which employees play an important role. Each employee has their own responsibility to support this policy and to convey it, both to themselves and to colleagues and third parties. We sincerely invite everyone to come forward with any opportunities for improvement or to report any unwanted or dangerous situations.
By evaluating experiences and adjusting if necessary, we strive to continuously improve our performance and long-term relationships with satisfied customers and healthy employees.
Every year targets are set up with the aforementioned policy at the centre.
We recognize the significance of sustainability and our environmental footprint. This is why we have embarked on sustainability reporting aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Within our company, we have identified four specific SDGs that we are actively working toward.
