Policy Statement
Our customers are important to us, satisfied customers are a prerequisite for running a successful business. Customers will only remain satisfied and continue to be customers if we meet agreements and provide high quality services and products.
Our understanding of ‘high quality’ includes the reliability of our (safety) products and services. Reliability refers to whether our products and service continuously and consistently ‘deliver’ the intended outcome, which includes being available, functioning as intended and securing personal identifiable and confidential information – even if adverse situations occur.
The innovative and risk-based approach we apply as part of the design, development, delivery, maintenance and support of our solutions shall become part our DNA. Not only from a safety point of view but in everything we do.
It is imperative that we provide the highest possible assurance that the quality of both our products and services meet the customer’s demands, with due regard to the statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements including requirements for general accepted practices. Being compliant shall be a non-issue.
Our drive and commitment to continually improve our performance and supporting (management) systems – is one of the main mechanisms to achieve everything we plan to achieve. Therefore, it is important that we use objective evidence and factual information to assess whether or not we perform as intended. This suits the type and extent of our company, products and services.
In addition to assuring the quality and safety of our products and services one of the main objectives is to guarantee the health and safety of our employees and / or of third parties, as well as the quality and safety of the environment. This is why we pursue a policy that minimises risks to as low as reasonably practicable with regards to personal injury, damage to property, and environment. This is achieved by conducting an inventory and evaluation for risks that occur within our organisation.
Additionally, to embed this policy we adopt a plan, do, check, act approach and operate a documented system complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management, and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for Information Security. We will amend our systems in the event of any internal developments or changes to legislation or technical standards.
Managing Quality, Health, Safety, Information Security and Environment is a shared responsibility, for which employees play an important role. Each employee has their own responsibility to support this policy and to convey it, both to themselves and to colleagues and third parties. We actively encourage everyone to report unwanted or dangerous situations as well as coming forward with any opportunities for improvement.
By evaluating experiences and adjusting if necessary, we strive to continuously improve our performance and long-term relationships with satisfied customers and healthy employees.
Every year we conduct a full management review at board level and set targets for the next year.
In recognising the significance of sustainability and our environmental footprint we have embarked on sustainability reporting aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We have identified four specific SDGs that we are actively working toward.
