The rise of Dual Inventive
Lex Van Der Poel, founder of Dual Inventive, turned his early passion for engineering and problem-solving into a global success. After securing a management trainee position at Infra Safety Services (ISS) to cover a school trip shortfall, Lex’s career took off, allowing him to travel and innovate within the rail industry. Noticing an opportunity to improve track safety technology, he developed the ZKL 3000 RC, that combined portability and connectivity.
In 2007, after receiving strong industry support, Lex founded Dual Inventive, focusing on advanced rail solutions. The company quickly grew, with the launch of MTinfo 3000, a secure cloud-based platform for real-time device data.
By 2009, Dual Inventive had secured a major contract, marking the beginning of its rise as an international leader in rail technology. Today, the company continues to deliver cutting-edge innovations that shape the future of rail safety and operations.
