Track workers frequently enter the track to place possession limit market boards (PLB). This involves unnecessary risks and is a time-consuming, error-prone task. With the RCS 3000, this is a thing of the past. At the push of a button, this system activates a red stop signal in both directions within seconds, allowing you to get to work quickly and risk-free.
Manually placing marker boards takes time. The RCS 3000 can be switched on or off via the MTinfo 3000 mobile app within seconds. This immediately results in more time for actual work on the track.
The RCS 3000 is installed in the track once and can remain in place for up to 4 years without interim maintenance. This prevents unnecessary movements within the danger zone and significantly reduces exposure to the risk of being struck by a train.
The risk of missing or incorrectly placed marker boards is eliminated. Through the MTinfo 3000 cloud, you have continuous, real-time insight into the status and location of your safety measures.

Like all Dual Inventive safety products, the RCS 3000 meets the highest safety specifications. The system operates according to Safety Integrity Level 4 (SIL 4) standards.
The RCS 3000 features a distinctive signal aspect positioned between the rails. Thanks to this design, the system remains outside the structure gauge, allowing rail vehicles to pass safely when the signal is inactive.
The RCS 3000 has been tested and validated for five years at Kijfhoek, The Netherlands, one of Europe’s largest marshalling yards, in collaboration with Dutch infrastructure manager ProRail and rail contractor Strukton Rail.
