Clare is a highly qualified HR and Training professional with over 30 years of experience in both public and private sectors. She has progressed from Personnel Adviser and Training Officer roles to HR Management, Business Partnering, and Directorship.
Clare became the first female on the Board in her first HRD role at the age of 29 and has since been a champion of EDI initiatives. Her focus is on developing and implementing People strategies that drive business results, including achieving the Investors in People Award for a national 120-site organisation.
Since joining Dual Inventive in 2021, Clare has been instrumental in evolving the HR function to support the growth and success of an International Group.
