The CRM 3000 is a compact wireless sensor that continuously monitors rail temperature in the field. Using low-power NB-IoT technology, it transmits real-time temperature data to our cloud-based monitoring platform.
By deploying CRM 3000 on your rail network, you can detect extreme temperature conditions early and prevent issues before they disrupt operations.
You can set custom temperature thresholds and alarms through our cloud-based platform.
For example, if you set a high-temperature alert at 45°C, the CRM 3000 will instantly send a notification to your team when it reaches that temperature. This means no more manual temperature checks on track, ensuring that you’ll immediately know when an intervention is needed.
Installing the CRM 3000 is simple and quick. The device uses a strong magnetic mount that attaches securely to the web of the rail (side of the rail). No drills or complex tools are required.
This magnetic fixing also makes it easy to relocate the sensor as conditions change, depending on the hot spots.
The unit is rugged and weatherproof, built to withstand harsh railway environments while requiring minimal maintenance.
