Josh began his career at Dual Inventive in 2015 as a Graduate Engineer, after graduating from Coventry University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Aerospace Electronics.
Since then, he has undertaken roles in various departments, including Operations, Commercial and Servicing. In 2020 he stepped into the role of Managing Director of Dual Inventive Ltd and then later, in 2022, Operations Director for Dual Inventive B.V.
Josh was heavily involved in a number of significant projects, including the Network Rail rollout of the ZKL 3000 RC, being an advocate for both Safety and Innovation.
