The head office is in Oisterwijk, the Netherlands, which is also home to the central support departments (Shared Service Centre). Dual Inventive also has an office in Doncaster, UK.
Scope of the Management System
- ISO 9001/14001: Design, development, delivery, maintenance and support of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for the rail market.
- ISO 27001: Design, development, delivery, maintenance and support of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for the rail market, as defined in the Statement of Applicability 3 February 2025.
Purpose of the Management System
Dual Inventive uses the EFQM-based integral performance management system Vico Connect, which aims to:
- Support business operations and make them manageable and controllable.
- Improve the organisation, processes and products to continue to meet changing market and legislative requirements.
- Serve as a tool to gain insight into activities, tasks, responsibilities, information structure, results and controls, and perform analyses.
- Provide (new) employees with insight into business processes.
- Being able to hold each other accountable for agreements made.
- Continually improve and continually increase customer satisfaction.
- Minimise our environmental impact.
- Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Structure of the Management System
The management system is designed from a process-oriented approach. It represents the organisation as a collection of processes for the creation of products and services. The processes are divided into main topics and together form the business model:
- Policy and strategy
- Primary processes (Sales, Production, Operations, Development)
- Support processes (including HR, Finance, IT, QHSSE, Office Management, Security, etc.)
- Evaluation (including internal audits, management review, process evaluation, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Standards have been developed for all indicated processes. These standards form the overall management system and are described in process models, information descriptions, working documents, forms and overviews.
Continual Improvement
Dual Inventive is committed to continual improvement of the integrated management system through regular audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and preventative actions. Employee involvement is essential for identifying opportunities for improvement.

The integrated management system documentation is accessible to all employees.
