MTinfo 3000 Data Migration
We would like to inform you that from Monday, 2 February to Friday, 6 February (Week 6), additional MTinfo 3000 maintenances will take place due to a data centre migration, which may result in brief periods of downtime.
The data centre currently used, located at Amsterdam in the Netherlands, will be closing following the sale of the site as part of a redevelopment project. This decision is beyond our control and has necessitated the migration of our servers to an alternative data centre.
At Dual Inventive, we operate multiple data centres to mitigate risks and ensure service continuity. However, the closure of this facility requires us to relocate certain infrastructure.
We have carefully analysed MTinfo 3000 usage patterns to schedule maintenance during periods that minimise disruption and ensure optimal network performance going forward.
How does it impact you?
From Monday, 2nd February to Friday, 6th February, each day there will possibly be a maximum of 15 minutes downtime during the following time windows:
- 8am to 9am
- 3pm to 4pm
This downtime will allow our team to perform essential maintenance to ensure optimal server performance.
Additional maintenance is scheduled for Monday, 9th February and Tuesday, 10th February, between 5pm and 6pm with a possible downtime of maximum of 15 minutes.
We appreciate that this may impact any planned work scheduled and kindly ask you to plan accordingly avoiding use of devices during possible downtime periods.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
